Effective immediately, any team who intentionally forfeits a game, or refuses to play a scheduled game, (Tournament or Regular Season) without notifying FMHA 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time shall be immediately suspended from any further league or tournament play. This is a serious matter. It is a waste of everyone's time and money. FMHA will not tolerate such childish behavior. We will ban any teams, players, or sponsors involved if any such actions happen again. No refunds will be issued to any suspended or banned teams.

The end of season championships will be April 11th 6:00 pm til 11ish at Polar. There will be food, drinks and door prizes! Come on out and join the fun to cheer or jeer your favorite teams as they play for the "big prize" and we party!
That being said....
Fairbanks Men's Hockey Assoc. strongly recommends that you do not bring your children to the championship games. There will be adult beverages and most likely strong language from the ice and fans. Please help us out and have arrangements made for your children to be watched at home and come enjoy the games and food. If you have to bring your loved ones it is your responsibility to watch them and keep them safe. REALLY......PLEASE DO NOT BRING THEM, FOR THEIR SAKE.

We received a call from USAH about a player in our league who was not apparently registered with USAH as a player for this year. Our registration system is supposed to prevent this. After much time with USAH and Thriva Support we found an error in the programing that somehow let some of you use last years code for this season. After hand checking all players (many hours work) we found that the following players are NOT REGISTERED with USAH for this season as far as we can tell. If you are on this list you may not play another single game until such time as you provide us with a VALID USAH confirmation code for this season. Any player who does not provide us with a code is suspended for the remainder of the season. We will still have to register you and will have to do it old school (pencil and paper) if we have to do this you will be automatically billed $100 per player.
Confirmation Codes can be called or texted to Keith Berrian @ 907-322-9352. He will confirm your code and removed you from this list.
Any team who plays a game from today on with an unregistered player will forfeit that game (including B-League tournament games) If your on this list you should print out a copy of this seasons USAH ans carry it with you to your games.

We are having an issue with the website and how to display the end of season tournament with the regular seasons for the two divisions ending so far apart. We are working on a fix.
The Int B Tournament starts Sunday March 18th.

The league schedule is out through March 1st. At that point each Int B team will have had 37 games and the Advanced Teams will have had 31-33 game depending on where they are in the 5 team rotation. The league tournament should be starting about the middle of March. The Int B tournament will start before the Advanced Tournament. The Advanced teams may have a couple of 3 game weeks in March to catch up to Int B so we can have our Championships on the same night if possible. Before starting tournament play each team will have 40 league games.
