Announcing the Bailey Carter Classic Adult Hockey Tournament! "A.L.L. Stops Here!"
Fairbanks Men's Hockey will be holding an Adult Hockey Tournament May 14th-16th.
The tournament will be a fundraiser to benefit Bailey who is the son of John Carter, one of FMHA's long time members. John has organized many of our adult tournaments here in Fairbanks. His son Bailey was recently diagnosed with Leukemia and is undergoing Treatment in Seattle. John has has to leave his job here in Fairbanks to be with him during his battle with this disease.
The tournament will have two divisions. The "A" division will be for upper level players, and the "B" division with be recreational division using the "One Goal" per player rule to create a fun atmosphere.
All teams will get at least 3 games. Cost for a team will be $675. Someone can sponsor a team and then recruit their own players, or we will also have open registrations for player who want to sign up as individuals.
There will be several events going on during the tournament to help raise money for Bailey.
